Laurie Schmidt has been a mortgage loan originator for the Columbus region of CFBank since August 2009. She brings over 20 years of banking and mortgage loan experience, having worked with a variety of financial institutions in the Columbus market including State Savings Bank.

A graduate of Vanderbilt University, she majored in Mathematics and Business. She lives in Worthington with her family.

Laurie is a past president and sustaining member of the Junior League of Columbus and a past board member and current supporter of both the YWCA and New Directions Career Center. Laurie sits on the board of Phoenix Theatre for Children. She is an active member of the Worthington United Methodist Church. Business First named her a 2002 “40 under 40” recipient.
