Timothy T O'Dell

CEO/Director

Tim is the CEO and Director of CFBank. He also owns the Chetwood Group, which provides advisory services to a number of privately held enterprises in construction, health care, real estate and professional services.

Prior to founding Chetwood in 2003, Mr. O’Dell spent 22 years at Fifth Third Bank, and was a senior executive with Fifth Third’s Central Ohio operations for 12 of those years, concluding his tenure serving as President and Chief Executive Officer for 10 of his years with Fifth Third –Central Ohio, Mr. O’Dell also served as a senior lender and managed its commercial banking and residential and commercial real estate divisions During his tenure, Fifth Third’s Central Ohio division grew by $4 billion in deposits and $5 billion in loans from organic growth and through strategic acquisitions Mr. O’Dell served on the board of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce and The Ohio State University Medical Center, and he was a founding investor in the Ohio TechAngel Venture Fund.

Mr. O'Dell holds a B.B.A. from Marshall University.

Thad R Perry

President/Director

Thad is President and Director of CFBank. Prior to joining CFBank, Thad was Senior Partner with Accenture for over 30 years where he was involved in consulting, transaction structuring, and management of operations. He operated the firm’s Columbus, Ohio practice and developed its regulated industries practice. From 1988 through 1998, Mr. Perry managed Accenture’s German, Austrian and Swiss practices, which accounted for nearly $1 billion in gross revenues Former Chief Operating Officer of Western Europe operations, and served on Accenture’s European Management Board and the Global Strategic Planning, Management, Markets, Executive, Outsourcing, and Technology Committees His experiences in banking include the transformation of both the technical and business processes for credit card, internet banking and security, stock and trading exchanges, international banking and customer relationship management

Mr. Perry hold a B.S. and M.B.A from The Ohio State University.

Mark Nykaza

Senior Vice President, Small Business and Private Banking

Mark is the Senior Vice President of Small Business and Private Banking.  Prior to joining CFBank, Mark served as Vice President at US Bank for over 8 years. Over the years, Mark has worked closely with privately held and family owned businesses. He served as an objective advisor to the leading executives, family owners, board members as well as entrepreneurs.  Mark began his career with Metropolitan Bank & Trust in 1996 and handles various relationships in consumer retail, distribution, durable goods manufacturing, service and commercial real estate.

John S. Lawell

Senior Vice President, Operations

John Lawell is a Senior Vice President of Operations. He joined CFBank as Assistant Vice President of Operations in March of 2004, bringing over twenty years of banking and information technology experience to the company.

Lawell’s expertise in core operating systems and in the implementation of enhanced delivery systems makes him a valuable contributor to CFBank. He began his career in Cleveland, and through a series of promotions, became an officer in nearly every institution he served.

Lawell draws on his background as a banker and technology consultant to enhance customer service and information privacy and to secure potential disaster recovery.

Nanci Dodgson

VP, Cash Management, Office Manager

Nanci Dodgson is Vice President and Office Manager of the Fairlawn office. She has been with the bank since September 2003. In her capacity, Dodgson works directly with business owners and consumers. In addition, she supervises a staff of client service managers, who are responsible for customer relationships at CFBank.

Before joining CFBank, Dodgson was vice president and manager of commercial client services for the Akron Region of Bank One. She also has extensive experience in retail banking and treasury management. She is a Certified Treasury Professional and has served on the Greater Akron Chamber’s Small Business Council Board of Directors.

The Stow resident graduated from Canyon College with a degree in Business Administration.

Stacey Lessick

Branch Manager

Stacey is the Assistant Office Manager of the Fairlawn office. Before joining the bank in 2010 she was a Universal Banker for US Bank for four years. She brings to the bank 17 years of experience in management and customer service.

Stacey is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and lives with her husband and two daughters in Medina.

Kenn V. Hastings

Client Services Manager

Kenn Hastings is a Client Service Manager at CFBank. He brings nearly twenty-five years of experience in banking, finance and customer service to CFBank.

His career began in 1980 as a department supervisor with a bank in Canton, Ohio. Having worked with various financial institutions in the greater Akron-Canton area throughout his entire career, Hastings offers a great level of expertise in customer service, which spans from branch management and client services to investments and annuities.

Shelly A. Morrow

Assistant VP, Commercial Loan Operations

Operations Department of CFBank. She has been with the Bank since May, 2004 and has been in the Commercial Banking Industry for 18 years.

Since joining the Bank in 2004, Shelly was instrumental in establishing policies and procedures to streamline the efficiency of commercial loan operations.

Shelly is a graduate from Bryant and Stratton Business College and lives in Middleburg Heights.

Keith D. Anderson

Credit Officer

Keith Anderson is Credit Officer of CFBank. Keith’s experience in Commercial Credit Analysis began in 1980 when he joined BancOhio National Bank, which subsequently was purchased by National City Bank, where he worked until 1993. At that time, Keith was the Assistant Manager of the Credit Department, supervising the staff of Credit Analysts.

In 1993 Keith became the Senior Credit Officer of Summit Bank, based in Akron, Ohio, and remained there until the Bank was sold to First Merit Bank in 1999. Keith remained at First Merit as a Business Banking Officer until he joined Champaign Bank (Akron office) as the Senior Credit Officer later in 1999. He remained at Champaign Bank until he joined CFBank in June 2005.

Keith is a graduate of the University of Akron, and lives in Stow with his wife and two sons.
