Peggy Tidwell

VP, Columbus Market Manager

Peggy joined CFBank in 2009 as Vice President and Columbus Market Manager, bringing nearly 30 years of experience to the Bank. Her experience includes both line and staff positions in credit, retail, business banking and commercial banking in Ohio and Texas.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Texas A&M University. She is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) instructor and holds an Ohio Life and Annuity insurance license.

Peggy’s extensive civic and community involvement includes Leadership Columbus, Tri-Village Rotary, and numerous boards. Peggy lives in Upper Arlington with her husband and twin boys.

Faron Tabor

Office Manager, Worthington

Faron Tabor II serves as the Banking Office Manager of the Worthington office.  Faron joined CFBank in 2010 bringing over ten years of experience in banking, finance and customer service to the Central Ohio Community.

Faron has received his Bachelors degree in Business Management from American Intercontinental University. Faron resides in West Jefferson with his wife Jennifer and two daughters Addyson and Ashlynn.

Faron is very active in his church Grace Ministries where he currently serves as worship leader. In his spare time Faron likes to spend time with his family and friends as well as volunteer at his church and in the community.

Darla Jardine

Assistant Office Manager, Worthington

Darla joined CFBank in 2010 as the Assistant Office Manger. Darla brings to CFBank almost seven years experience in the banking industry.  Having worked for both larger banks and community banks, Darla has a vast knowledge in banking, audit and operations, customer service and management.

Darla has received her Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. In her spare time, Darla enjoys spending time with her significant other Mark and daughter Kira.  In addition, she enjoys playing with her dog and two cats since she is an avid animal lover.

Darla is originally from Mansfield, Ohio. Today she currently resides in Columbus, Ohio where she has lived for the past ten years.

Laurie Schmidt

Mortgage Loan Originator

Laurie Schmidt has been a mortgage loan originator for the Columbus region of CFBank since August 2009 . She brings over 20 years of banking and mortgage loan experience, having worked with a variety of financial institutions in the Columbus market including State Savings Bank.
A graduate of Vanderbilt University, she majored in Mathematics and Business. She lives in Worthington with her family.
Laurie is a past president and sustaining member of the Junior League of Columbus and a past board member and current supporter of both the YWCA and New Directions Career Center. Laurie sits on the board of Phoenix Theatre for Children. She is an active member of the Worthington United Methodist Church. Business First named her a 2002 “40 under 40” recipient.

Karen Hoffmeyer (Cookie)

Client Service Representative

Karen Hoffmeyer, Client Service Representative, joined CFBank in 2008. Her responsibilities include assisting clients with transactions and various office duties. Before joining CFBank, Karen’s background included positions where she was involved with customer service and management. Karen is a native of Ohio and a long time resident of Columbus. Her interests include painting, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.

Nita Savage

Client Service Representative

Nita Savage, Client Service Representative, joined CF Bank in March of 2009. Before joining CF Bank, Nita was a Human Resource Assistant with Plaskolite Inc. for 12 years. She was also a General Partner with Day Brothers Development Company for 20 years.

Nita's responsibilities with CF Bank include assisting clients with transactions and helping with various office duties.
A native of Worthington, Nita and her husband John, are Founding Members of Wedgewood Golf and Country club.

Nita resides in Columbus, with her husband, and has 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Her interests include playing golf and spending time with her family and friends.
